Vermio Wind Park
We are honored to be part of the largest investment in Greece, by the American investment fund Quantum Energy Partners , in the construction of a 294MW wind farm in Vermio .
EMEK has undertaken the construction of the project's wind turbine towers.
The study and development of the park was elaborated by ENTEKA.
The investment is financed by the National Bank and by the shareholder of Aeolika Vermiou SA, the American Quantum Energy Partners, through its company, 547 Energy.
In the context of this cooperation, on Wednesday December 6 th 2023 , we had the pleasure of hosting in our facilities Mr. Panagiotis Ladakakos , General Manager of ENTEKA, Mr. Panagiotis Papastamatiou , Development Director and Head of the Financial Sector of ENTEKA Group and Mr. Andreas Vlamakis , Project Development Manager.
The role of Mr. Ladakakos and Mr. Papastamatiou , is twofold. They are also the Chairman of the Board and the General Manager respectively, of ELETAEN, the official body for wind energy in GREECE.
We were also honored to host the driving force behind this investment, Mr. Gabriel Alonso Imaz , President and CEO of 547 Energy and one of the top 10 influencers in the field of wind energy, worldwide.
This visit was very important for our company. We highly appreciate the fact that this delegation left EMEK with the best imp res sions and we are glad that our work and our unwavering commitment to the promotion of innovative energy solutions, is recognized and appreciated.
